Content of this release​:

  1. See the details of actual signer before completion

We have added support for caseworker easily can see which signer has signed an order before the order is completed. Go to Order list page and select Sent out status and click on icon “View” for the specific order and name of the actual signer is shown.

  1. CC role in order creation, Participants 

At Create new order page we have added a new optional field where you can enter email addresses that receives the signed order as a copy. At Create order page, go to the section for signers. Below you can see a new field “Participants”. Add a name and email address for the person(s) that should receive a copy after the order has been completed. Mark that the field is optional to fill out.

In addition, the super user at your company will need to create a specific email template for this. Go to Administration->Configure E-signing->E-mail template, choose Create new email template and then Select type Notify CC.

  1. Support for Timezone parameter in PAdES 

Previously we showed UTC time, now we show CET time zone in the signed PDF

  1. Support for ID verifier for signing

We have added support for ID Verifier as a signer method for endusers to sign orders created through Trust Portal. This feature needs to be activated by Trust services for your company. To get access, please contact support at support.esecurity@nets.eu

  1. Logout improvements

  • If the user is idle on a page for 28 min, a popup will show asking user “Do you want to stay in page or logout “, with a timer of 120 sec (if user fails to click any option once timer is 0 sec it will logout automatically), if user click on stay the session will continue for +28min and cycle repeats

  1. General improvements

  • For the E-Archive Search result page->Details we have made the New search and Update buttons as floating buttons at the right side of the page. 

  • For the E-Archive Upload page we have made the Reset, Upload and Use as default button as floating buttons at the right side of the page

  • We have reduced success message display from 6 to 3 seconds. Display of error message is not changed.

  1. Table of signer email addresses

We have added a function for populating previously entered email addresses to be shown when you start to write an e-mail address in Create new order page. This will apply for caseworkers within the same group. When you start to enter an email address in the field for signers, we will show a list of previously entered addresses and names (within the same group). Choose the correct address/name and create the order.

This is also supported in the Participant section (cc role)

  1. New eID for login

We have added support for Buypass as eID for login to Trust Portal

  1. Change in template for An order is cancelled

Instead of one hash for populating the reason for and who cancelled an order, we have split it into two hashes. Go to Administration->E-mail templates->select type An order is cancelled. In the “Standard” set up, choose either Cancel by and/or Cancel reason

  1. Bugfix for resending signing order (for Corporate companies only)

We have found and fixed a bug regarding resending the signing links (if more than one signing link in the order), where only the first link was included in the resent email. This only applied to Corporate company solution.
