Rebranding changes in IDV
IDV has undergone a rebranding in alignment with IN Groupe's specifications. We have changes the logo, texts, fonts, colors as per new owner - IN Groupe's specifications.
New design for IDV app flow
The new design for the IDV app flow enhances user experience by streamlining the app flow, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.
Introduction of RESULT_EXPLANATION claim in token
Previously, failed IDV transactions (e.g., due to an invalid face map or unsupported document type) contained the RESULT_EXPLANATION claim only in the user info endpoint result, with no visibility in the ID token. With this update:
The
RESULT_EXPLANATIONclaim will now be included in the ID token for all failed transactions.
Fixing the text structure of Privacy statement
The privacy statement has been restructured for improved clarity and consistency across all supported languages.
Navigation Improvements
The handling of "Back/Cancel" actions within the app has been improved:
Previously, selecting "Back" required users to restart the verification process.
Now, users will be redirected as follows:
Document scan phase: Users will return to the screen preceding the document scan and can restart the scan.
Face scan phase: Users will return to the screen preceding the face scan and can restart the scan.
New IDV animation tutorial
A new animation tutorial has been introduced to guide users through document and face scanning, ensuring a smoother verification process.
