Consent Management User Experience

The user experience can be modified and customized based on different needs.

Payment transaction

Here is an example of end user experience by using identification when providing consent for carrying out a payment transaction, and BankID (NO) is the chosen eID. End user starts the process at the third party's homepage, and the consent text shows up in the identification flow:

Step 1 (accept the consent, and press green arrow):

Step 2 (enter SSN):

Step 3 (enter one time code):

Step 4 (enter password):

When identification process is completed, the third ​party can direct the end user to a suitable landing page.

Information request consent

Here is an example of end user experience by using signing when providing consent of a request of information, where BankID (NO) is the chosen eID. The end user starts the process at the third party's homepage, and the consent text shows up in the signing flow.

Step 1 (accept the consent, and press arrow):

When signing process is completed, the third party can direct the end-user to a suitable landing page.
