artifact_expired

SAML artifact has expired.​

artifact_invalidated

SAML artifact has been invalidated.​

artifact_not_match_mid

Artifact does not belong to given Merchant ID.

assertion_attribute_null

​SAML assertion attribute is null.​

assertion_notfound

SAML assertion is not found.​

authfailed

The authentication failed and logon was not successful.

bankid.se.startupfailed

Error text: "The BankID app couldn’t be found on your computer or mobile device. Please install it and order a BankID from your internet bank. Install the app from your app store or https://install.bankid.com.​"

​This error message is sent if the user's BankID app is not started before time out either on the mobile device or computer. 

blankcvr

Error text: "You are not authorized to represent any company or do not have a Business ID. Please check your registration."

This error message is displayed when information about the user’s company is requested through MitID Business flow, and where the user has authenticated with a private identity with no registered relation to a company.

cancel

The end user cancelled the log in process.

certificatenotyetvalid

The certificate used during identification process is not yet valid.​

generalerror

A general error has occurred. This is the default error label.

get_ssn_error

Error in fetching SSN (social security number).

idexpired

Your electronic ID has expired. Contact the issuer of your electronic ID.​

illegalcert

The web site trying to identify you, do not allow the electronic ID you used. Please try again with a different electronic ID or contact the web site administrator.​

inpro

Identification is already in progress.​

input_params_notpresent

​Required input paramaters are not present in the identification request.

match_ssn_error

The entered social security number (SSN) does not match the SSN connected to the certificate used for identification.​

merchant_config_error_merchant_disabled

The customer configurations are not found or it has been disabled from using E-Ident services.​

merchant404

The service can only be used through an approved web site.​

protocol404

The status code «protocol404» is provoked when the communication protocol between the server and client isn’t fulfilled. This code may come when:

• The customer is sending unknown or invalid parameters

• The end user’s browser is missing required parameters when sending requests to E-Ident

• The browser accesses the E-Ident service without a correct authentication request.

reject

The identification request has been rejected by the bank. This error message is related to identification with Finnish bank ID. 

sessiondata_notfound

The current user session data is not found.​

sessiontimeout

Your logon session has expired. If you wish to continue, you must log on again.​

signature_invalid

The certificate signature received is invalid.​

ssnmismatch

The entered social security number (SSN) does not match the SSN connected to the certificate used for identification.

ua.nobrowser

The browser of the end user is not supported. 

ua.nocookies

The end user browser does not support Cookies, which is required.

ua.nojava

The end user browser does not support Java, which is required.

ua.nojavascript

​​​The end user browser does not support JavaScript, which is required.

ua.noos

The operating system of the end user is not supported.

ua.nosession

Your logon session has expired. If you wish to continue, you must log on again.

ua.oldjava

The end user needs to upgrade the Java version installed in the browser.

ua.oldjs

The end user needs to upgrade the JavaScript version running in the browser.

ua.oldos

The operating system of the end user is not supported.

ua.unsupported.charset

The browser of the end user supports only character encodings that are not supported by E-Ident.

ua.unsupported.version

The browser version of the end user is not supported.

uid.blocked

The ID of the end user has been blocked.

uid.expired

The ID of the end user has expired.

uid.invalid

Your electronic ID is not valid. Contact the issuer of your electronic ID.​

uid.revoked

The ID of the End user has been revoked.

wrongmobdob

​​​A wrong mobile phone number or date of birth has been supplied. This status code is related to “BankID på mobil”.
