SAML artifact has been invalidated.​

artifact_not_match_mid

Artifact does not belong to given Merchant ID.

assertion_attribute_null

​SAML assertion attribute is null.​

assertion_notfound

SAML assertion is not found.​

authfailed

Error text: "An error occurred. The log on was not successful. Please try again or contact the issuer of your electronic ID."

The authentication failed and logon was not successful.

backbtn.afterauth

Error text: "You are already authenticated."

bankid.se.qr.scan.failed

Error text: "Failed to scan the QR code. Start the BankID app and scan the QR code. Check that the BankID app is up to date. If you do not have the BankID app, you need to install it and order a BankID from your internet bank. Install the app from your app store or https://install.bankid.com."

bankid.se.startupfailed

Error text: "The BankID app could not be found on your computer or mobile device. Please install it and order a BankID from your internet bank. Install the app from your app store or https://install.bankid.com. It is recommended to use chrome on android and safari on iOS."

This error message is sent if the user's BankID app is not started before time out either on the mobile device or computer.

blankcvr

Error text: "You are not authorized to represent any company or do not have a Business ID. Please check your registration."

This error message is displayed when information about the user’s company is requested through MitID Business flow, and where the user has authenticated with a private identity with no registered relation to a company.

cancel

Error text: "You interrupted the identification. The login process was not completed."

The end user cancelled the log in process.

certificatenotyetvalid

The certificate used during identification process is not yet valid.​

Error text: "You have reached the maximum retry to enter the valid one time code. Please try again later."

The status code «protocol404» is provoked when the communication protocol between the server and client isn’t fulfilled. This code may come when:

The customer is sending unknown or invalid parameters

The end user’s browser is missing required parameters when sending requests to E-Ident

The browser accesses the E-Ident service without a correct authentication request.

The identification request has been rejected by the bank. This error message is related to identification with Finnish bank ID.
