TrustID is accessed via IN Groupe eIdent platform
Therefore you need first to register for the eIdent platform services - Contact our sales support for help in setting this up for you
Upon registration, you will be provided with a MerchantId ( ClientId) and relevant credentials for accessing the eIdent platform (API gateway)
⚙️ Configuration
The customer’s MerchantId – its connection to eident – needs to be configured for allowing the use of TrustId
This set up can be added to existing MerchantId ( ClientId) or upon registration of a new one. Contact our sales support for help in setting this up for you
The following information will be needed to set up TrustID as an availbale service for your MerchantId ( ClientId):

Upon configuration in TrustId , we will return to you the corresponding “appId” for the configured app. This MerchantId will be registered as the owner of this app
🔑 Access and use an app that is already registered in our systems
Configure your MerchantID to use an app that is already registered in our systems. The app can either belong to you ( i..e you have registered multiple MerchantIDs with eIdent) or it can belong to someone with whom you have an agreement with for using the app.
In this case we will need the following information:

Upon configuration in TrustId , we will return to you a confirmation. This MerchantId will be registered as a User of this app
Please be advised the owner of this app ( the MerchantIDthat initially registered the app) can at any time ask us to block your MerchantID from using the app
