Trust Portal Overview
Trust Portal enables companies to access one or more of IN Groupe Signing and identification services in the same interface. Currently are services as Signing, Archive and B2B lookup available, and new services will be added. The company can have access to a service as stand-alone or in combination with other services.
The Trust Portal support established eID suppliers. No integration is required for the Portal and it is open 24/7.

How to access Trust Portal
The Trust portal can be accessed either by using country specific e-IDs or Username/Password.
Log in using country specific eID's
The portal support log in using Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish BankID, MitID (Danish), Verimi (German) and Belgian eID. At login page, choose respective country, and then follow instruction for the chosen eID.
In order to get access to the portal, you must be registered as a user in the portal. Any attempt to log in with a valid, but not registered eID will send you to a page telling you that you don’t have access with a short explanation.
After successful login the user is shown the corresponding service/services which the company has agreed on, and the user can then configure a personal landing page. Super users will be shown the Administration page by default.
Log in using Username and Password
By selecting this log in type, you can log in to the portal with username (your email address) and respective password. To login with this option, your email address must be registered in the portal, the login type must be enabled for your Company (by ING Admin) and you must have set your password.
Password setting for existing Users
Go to Trust Portal login page and choose Login using Username/Password option. Click on the link "Forgot password" and a new pop-up window will show, see picture below. Enter your user name (your registered email address) and click on Request password button. You will receive an email containing a link to generate a password.

The email containing the password link will be sent at the time of creation of the Super User (by ING Admin) or creation of the user (by Super User) by entering a unique and valid email address.
Password link can also be sent to the user by the Super User, from User adminstration->User page.

You will receive an email with the link to set your password. When you click on the link, you will see the below screen. Follow the instructions and click Reset password button.
Unlock user account
If your account has been locked, you can unlock it in two different ways:
After approximately 15 minutes the account gets automatically unlocked and you can enter the correct username/password.
You can reset the password and login with new password by following above description for Password setting for existing user.
Forgot password
If you have forgotten your password, use the steps in above description for Password setting for existing Users.
One time password
To increase security for Username/Password login, we have added two factor authentication, using one time password. When the user has entered Username and password for login, pop up windows will appear for requesting and adding a one time code. The request has restriction for 2 minutes before the user is allowed to request a new code. At the same time an email with the code is sent to the user. Go to the email, copy the code and add it in the field for One time password and press submit. The validity of the code is set to 3 minutes.
Password policy
Password must have at least one uppercase, one lowercase, one digit, one special character (! @#$%&*) and minimum of eight characters.
Both the new password and confirm password should match.
Generate password link is valid for 30 days.
When you have done three invalid attempts to log in, e.g. with incorrect username or password, the user account will be locked for 15 minutes.

Common for all services
At the upper part of the portal, you can see menu item for "Company" and user name included icon for "Find my Superuser", "My settings" and "User administration"
At "Company" the user can see and toggle between all the companies that the user has access to, by clicking dropdown (if more than one company). The username is showing, together with icon for "Find my superuser". By click on the icon, a pop up window will show including name and email address of all the superusers for the chosen company.

At this page the user decide default settings for what to see when logging in.
Language: Which language should the portal be presented in, as default.
Select default service: Which service should be viewed as default when logging in, (if more than one service).
Select default company: Which company should be viewed as default when logging in (if more than one company).
Select default homepage: Which page should be viewed as default when logging in.
User administration
Only the super user at your company can access the User Administration. User administration enable you to create users along with the required permissions directly during creation of user. Read more here to get the details.
