• You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

• You must not use the App to commit fraud or identity theft.

🔒 Credential Security and Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for protecting your access credentials.

• This includes PINs, passwords, biometric data, and recovery keys.

• You must not share your access credentials with third parties.

• You assume full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

🚫 Prohibited Actions and Reverse Engineering

• You must not tamper, modify, or disrupt the App's operation.

• You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering the App.

• You must not attempt to decompile or disassemble the software.

• You must not bypass any security measures built into the App.

⚠️ Misuse of the App

• You must not use the App to transmit malware or viruses.

• You must not use the App to gain unauthorized network access.

• Any misuse will result in immediate termination of your access.

• We reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement.

💡 Intellectual Property Rights

• We own all rights, titles, and interests in the App.

• This includes all software, code, algorithms, and visual interfaces.

• Our logos, trademarks, and branding elements belong exclusively to us.

• You receive only a limited, non-transferable license to use the App.

• You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

• The App is provided on an "as-is" basis.

• We make no warranties regarding service uptime, speed, or reliability.

• We are not liable for losses caused by third-party authentication failures.

• We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your leaked credentials.

• Total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Norwegian law.

⛔ Account Termination by User

• You can terminate your use of the App at any time.

• You can delete your user account directly inside the App settings.

• Account deletion triggers the standard data retention cleanup process.

📝 Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

• We will notify you of material changes directly through the App.

• We may also notify you via your registered email address.

• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms are governed by and construed under Norwegian law.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.

• The legal venue shall be the district court of our corporate headquarters.
