Test Users

Test users from the different eIDs are necessary to test your implementation. We have gathered all necessary information needed to retrieve test users for all supported eIDs here.​

BankID (NO)

Below is a list of test users. These are available to everyone. Please make sure that you don’t lock the test user by typing the wrong OTP/password more than 3 times. If you happen to lock a user, we would appreciate a notification so that it can be un-locked by using the Contact us form.

For dedicated test users, use the Contact us form. If you need a specific SSN (the SSN should be invalid as this is test), please provide that together with the request for the test user.

Buypass (NO)

Test user's can be ordred directly from Buypass using this link:

Note: Buypass ID with mobile app is only available in production.

BankID (SE)

BankID has a detailed description of how to generate a test user. Have a look at this link:

MitID (DK)

MitID test users are available from a MitID developer web site. Contact support to get the link to the page.

The test page is used to create new users and to get one-time passcodes/app usage during identification. Some tips about the usage:

• New users can be created by autofilling the form. Users are created by clicking "Create identity".

• During identification, you can find information about the user by searching for the user name in the upper right corner. Enter the user name in the input field and press the search icon. On the view user identity page you may find one-time passcode (refresh the page just before you need the TOTP) and a link to open an app simulator. In the app simulator you can pull outstanding transactions and confirming then.

MitID Erhverv

You can create your own MitID ervherv test users by following the instructions on the Nemlog-in pages, starting at​ ​https://www.nemlog-in.dk/vejledningertiltestmiljo/oprettelse-af-testorganisation/. The instructions are not easy to follow and are missing some vital steps. If you would prefer, we may assist by sending you some better step-by-step instructions.​ ​Contact support and we will be able to assist you​.​

Finnish Bank ID (FI)

​The test users listed below can be used for testing.

Mobiilivarmenne (FI)​

To test Mobiilivarmenne, the MSISDN needs to be installed into the Telia test Mobiilivarmenne database and it cannot be valid in both production and test platform. The implementation steps will involve some manual work in cooperation with Telia. Please let us know if you require access to testing, and we will put you in contact with ID maintenance at Telia. 

ID Verifier

​​​​To test IN Groupe ID Verifier, you will need a real person's electronic passport or electronic identity card.

Note: Data in customer test are deleted within 14 days.
