Caseworker Confidentiality
Trust Portal contains functionality to ensure confidentiality and available of document signing flows. This functionality, Group Confidentiality, is based on the use of groups and roles, ensuring only authorized persons have access to view and update document signing flow.
We have developed a new feature that further restricts the ability to see a document. The new feature will allow you to restrict access to documents and signing flows to the caseworker that created the order, as well as the signers.
More restricted access can be enabled by IN Groupe customer success team. When enabled, the feature will apply to all caseworkers within the company/solution.

Caseworker Confidentiality of orders and order list
If Caseworker Confidentiality is enabled for the company, a caseworker will only see their own orders in the order lists and cannot see any orders created by other caseworkers.

Caseworker Confidentiality and notification
At “Groups” page, Superuser at the company can configure additional internal notifications.
In order creation process the caseworkers need to uncheck “Send internal group notification”, then no notification to others (configured at “Groups->Set internal notification”) will be sent. If the caseworker wants notifications to be sent to themselves, then they need to check for it as in current solution.
OrderID
We now show the OrderID at every page from step 2 in order creation process to make it easier for customers to report in case of support.
Bugfixes
Some minor bugfixes are done.
